GLASS IN FOOD

Yesterday (26/10) just before 15:00 I bought Beef curry from PnP Family Lorraine Gardens in Port Elizabeth. When I ate the curry, I bit onto something hard and took it out of my mouth It was a piece of glass. I phoned at 15:47 to get their email address (as the one on their website was not working) and told the lady over the phone that I am going to send them a picture. I waited for a response, but literally STILL no one has responded (27/10 10:50). I am horrified. My baby usually eats with us. What if she had swallowed the glass? If someone breaks a glass around food and you suspect that some of the glass fell into the food, surely you make a plan? you don't just go ahead and sell it to people at R130 per kg. I tried to submit the complaint to PnP directly, but the website reloads to the same page.
