giving NOTHING with their cash off vouchers never

On 27 June 2015 printed a cash off voucher for R7.20 on Brennco mixed bird seed. Valid until 19/07/2015. Went once a week and on the last day there was still no stock. Complained to someone who had a good laugh until I told him I did not think it was very funny to be offered something but it was then not available. Told him he should have apologised and would get someone senior to contact me. Gave my details but never heard from anyone.On 13/09/2015 again got a voucher for the same product above, but AGAIN, going in once a week there was never any stock. The offer expired on 4/10/2015. Walked into Checkers in Tzaneen and they had plenty of stock of the same product which PnP offered me discount on but hasn't had stock since the end of June. PS this all happened before the drought has been advertised so let's not let that get used as an excuse. I was a smart shopper at their store but now spend more at Checkers than them because of this poor attitude and lack of concern for the customers. Also dislike their policy of the cheapest bottled water being out of reach on the highest shelf of their coolers but none at all in the front fridge. It tells me I'm being *****ed. Not nice..
