Give us your money but don't expect us to attend to any of your complaints

On the 5th April'21 I lodged an enquiry , my enquiry was about the special they had of buying 2 Omo auto detergents and you get the Omo 3X(17 capsules) for free...I went to Maponya Mall (hyper) , there were no capsules(the free item)...This is when I enquired on twitter as the store supervisor and cashier had told me that if the free item is finished then that's that ...I was asked for my details when I logged this query on twitter , I was given a reference number and was advised that the matter was now with Management....Guess what , today 10 days later no one from "management" has bothered to contact me and give me the answers I was looking for... If this is how you treat us with our complaints , always remember there are lots of stores we can buy from since the only thing you care about is just our money and nothing else
