Hi All<br> <br> I would like to thank Felicity at Pick n Pay Hypermarket, William Moffet Branch, PE. I bought a fridge from her. Fridge were delivered, upon setting up the fridge I noticed something wrong with the fridge. Contacted the store and informed Felicity. She informed me that she will gladly exchange the unit. The following day Felicity phoned me, informing me that they don't have stock, I have two options. I can wait until they have stock or I can take a refund. I opted to wait. In the end I had to wait almost a month. Normally I would've complained long ago. What really shocked me in this instance is that Felicity CONSTANTLY kept me up to date and informed. The mere fact that Felicity kept me in the loop made me not to complain. Thanks for everything Felicity, you can learn your co workers something. To the management, appreciate this employee. Sometimes businesses suffer due to their employees, but not in this case. I will definitely support your store in future. GIVE THIS LADY A BELLS GO FELICITY
