I will like to show my gratitude to one of the manager at Pick n pay Killarney mall, she know s the definition of customer centricity and going an extra mild for a customer after frustration of power failure she , took her time announce that we having technical errors and apologized for the inconvenience ,so I truly appreciate her customer service she truly deserve to be a manager because she knows what she is doing.
