Give Credit When It's Due

It's been four years of enter changing store managers in that branch and it has been kwon as worse customer service ever store. Even if we've complained about anything, nothing changed or done to better their services . This has just turned around in two weeks when they've introduced a new store manager by the name of Mahindra Singh. This man seems to have touched the right buttons on that site. We have no queues on the till points anymore, bad attitude that we used to be given by staff is no more... in fact that team is more helpful more then ever. Issues of stock and some fast food ranges has been changed and its now more interesting. The atmosphere and the store experience is more welcoming. Trust me when I say my friends and I have given up shopping on the store but that man and his team seem to have turned this whole thing around. Please keep things the way there are and we will make your branch our choice once again. Well Done Team Hydepark, Keep Up The Great Customer Service. ???
