Gillette Razors blunt upon opening

Good day,<br> Last month I bought an pack of Gillette Super Max Ultimate 3 razor blades from Pick and Pay in Cape Gate. <br> Last week I took a new one from the packet and found it to be blunt, threw it away thinking it must be an fluke, BUT last night I had two in a row found blunt from the new packet, had to complete my shave (head and face) with an razor which just as well could have been an tweezers pulling the hair from my scalp and face.<br> This is really an bad product sold by Pick and Pay, and would expect better from an large retails store.<br> Regards,
