GIFT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR-Pick ‘n Pay Sanridge(Midrand)

Today I was assisted by a gentleman called Gift, he was caring, thoughtful, his customer service was out of this world. He assisted with items I could not find on the shelves and upon seeing I had a basket and my items were now over, he went and got a trolley for me, packed my items in the trolley and he realized my rolls were squashed because of my overload, he went and changed them. We need more people like, that will go the extra mile for customers and ensure they leave a smile on our faces. Thank you Gift, I hope you become an ambassador for customer service or a trainer. So we can have more Gift's out there, you truly are a GIFT :-) :-)
