Gift card *****

Bought a gift card at pick n pay Clearwater in March and every month since then I put money in the gift card in the total of 650 or 850 and in the month of June after doing my shopping I wanted to check my balance and I found out all the money I put the disappeared and the only amount available was the one I just put in there 200. I reported the incident and they said they’d escalate it to head office and they took my gift card, till today it hasn’t been resolved. Instead they accused us of using the card. I honestly believe there’s gift card ***** happening there. Such a disappointment.
