Gift card
I was at pick n pay Sandton city I spoke to Nobelungu then she called Vennesa then Vennesa called Patricia the assistant manager to split a gift voucher that we got at work as we have been partnered to share a R1000 gift voucher they refused and said it's procedure when I asked to see that as per the CPA she couldn't provide me with the full details in black and white such a horrible service to just spit a gift voucher then she said there are no gift cards

29 Mar 2023, 16:14I got a call with regards to this complain but the call I got the lady could not give me the correct answers this is totally disappointing for a big retail store like pick and pay will be going to the media top expose how you operate I will start with twitter
