Get your house on order.

It saddens me that the standard of customer service in your shops is dropping. Today at Pick n Pay bara city we waited for over 25 minutes in the que to pay with no one addressing us about what's happening. When we asked for the manager, she refused to come and eventually when we get to the till and ask them for their manager or their name, the cashier tells us that they don't know them. How is that possible.. You need to get your house in order. This is not my first complaint about your staff in a space of 6 months. My other complaint was about the manager at pick n pay liquor at Diepkloof Square and that complaint was suddenly resolved by them and I don't even know what the way forward was.
