GET STOCK OR REDUCE YOUR DELIVERY FEE!

I placed an order today for about R616.00 and then my order got amended to R400.00, but the delivery fee of R60.00 and service fee of R15.00 remains the same. Also, the app says you can order up to 40 items, but it only allowed 30 items on my order. Please get stock to service the orders or reduce the delivery fee or introduce a sliding scale delivery fee structure. Lastly, I am still waiting for a copy of my receipt for my previous order. How difficult can it be to run an online shop?
