General Gripe about V&A Waterfront Branch

I previously lived close to the V&A, so always did my shopping at that PnP branch - which was always, generally speaking, an excellent experience. However....as I live a fair distance away now, I went there yesterday (9th Jan'17) for an outing and thought I'd pop in to get a few items on my way home. General comments are as follows :-

1. Most staff seemed unfriendly and miserable looking. (Not sure why - time of year etc) but it's not very appealing to customers.

2. Shelf pricing - numerous items I looked at had no shelf pricing - despite searching for the correct shelf tag based on the barcode. So guess what - never bought the items (frying pan to school calculator)

3. Free parking - Parked at the Clock Tower/Silo parking bays. When paying for parking at the payment machine, looked to scan my PnP Till Slip free parking barcode - guess what - no scanner facility on that payment station (none that I could see, and there was only one payment station). So what's the point of offering free parking when not all of the payment stations are equipped with scanners, or is it just the payment stations immediately around the PnP branch?

Anyway, thanks for listening (reading...)

Sammy
