general disregard

I have just shopped at your Lynnridge Mall. you have a special for 2 minute noodle for a price of R3.86 each as a Smart Shopper (which I am). If you calculate the itotal items of 24 Noodles at 3.86 it comes to 92.64 I bought an additional buddy coke for 9.69 and a plastic packet at .48 for a total of R102.81. I was however debited to my account a total of R117.95. your personnel at this branch are totally clueless, unfriendly, rude not to mention the quality of food that the deli produces is of sub standard understandable there has been a renovation of the centre. I feel the whole shop/franchise or whatever the branch is in need of arefurbishment in customer care and liason.
