Game carda rcs
Hi
i recently tried to purchase a item at pick and pay hyper ottery using a game rcs card.I questioned the consultant if they take rcs they said yes.When i tried to put it through a till the card was declined the consultant informed me rcs game cards is no longer working at pick and pay.I just think that pick and pay should not advertise a service when they cant meet the requirements.Its highly frustrating as a customer when u arrive at the till and the service is no longer valid.
Please pass on to all game card holders that pick and pay is not accepting game carda anymore.

Pick n Pay has a store card account that is funded by RCS therefore there could have been confusion at the store when you inquired about using an RCS card.
Your Game RCS card would be exclusive to Game therefore you will not be able to use it at our stores. Similarly the Pick n Pay Store card is exclusive to our smart shopper card holders and can only be used at Pick n Pay stores.
