Fwd: Pick n Pay Flora Centre POOR SERVICE re: Sony Headphones Black MDR-ZX310 AP

Dear Sir Madam

I refer to a visit to Pick n Pay Flora Centre on Tuesday 30 November 2021 regarding stock of the belowmentioned item (see attached pic): Sony Headphones Black MDR-ZX310 AP

I spoke to the manager who asked a gentleman from the customer service desk to assist me. This gentleman (I think his name was Andile) checked the store for stock and after confirming that there was none left, promised that he would obtain same from a nearby branch, took my cell numbers and promised to get back to me regarding when I could collect the said item.

I did not receive any feedback on Wednesday and decided to follow up myself but was told Andile was off sick which I had no issue with but the matter was not handed over to anyone to update me and the person who I spoke to was very clueless and unhelpful. She then spoke to someone else and the line was cut.

It is Friday today, 3 December 2021 and to date, I have still not received any feedback from anyone. Please can someone GET BACK TO ME!!!!!

I am so frustrated by this dilemma as I need the headphones for work purposes. Please offer me basic decent customer service which I do believe is due to me since I am a Customer or I can simply air my grievance on all manner of media platforms for all to know what a shoddy service I receive!!!!!!!!
