Furious Customer

I've placed an order on Pick n Pay ASAP last week, they didn't had all the items available. I'm not sure why are they paying that money into a wallet, why can't you just reverse that money back into my account. After reading what I'm suppose to do to get my money paid back into my account 4 days ago, I did exactly what they wanted, but until today that money is still reflecting in my wallet. Can someone please pay my money back into my account ASAP.

Your call centre doesn't even answer our calls, they say leave a measage for someone to call you back. I've left a mesaage 4 days ago, until today no one has called me back!!
