Furious coz pnp promenade feels thy can't return something that thy don't stock

So today I send my son 2 pnp 2 return something Apparently thy have a 7 day return policy even if u never used it So because I'm at work I thought I would let him go I bought a portable radio on the 7 February at pnp waterfront but because promenade pnp But then I got it on ASAP 4 cheaper so I had 2 return the other 1 My son gets there 2dy thy tell him thy can't refund it coz thy don't stock it I mean it's pnp an it was bought at pnp Im so furious 😠 Coz he wasted taxi fare 2 go there So I just want 2 know y thy did that coz it was not bought by shoprite but at a other pnp An he has the till slip
