Fungi on product

I purchased crumbed chicken burgers from pick and pay galleria for lunch only to find that it has fungi on them, I checked both packs and both of them had fungi, this is absolutely terrible being that my wife is pregnant and if she had not checked this, this could have been a disaster, really disappointed and shocked by what they keep on they shelves.
