Full Price Bulldoze

I would love to share this story.

I was online and saw a special on Tissolli 16 Piece Sapphire Combo for R 799.00 on 28 November 2023, so I ordered it online only to be met by the worst service ever.

All paid for and waiting for delivery. Only to have the wrong items delivered on the 30 November 2023.

Phoned the service centre, they said that they will have the issue resolved and get the right items to me. Then I needed to phone the call centre for updates.

After all of this, one person filled in a note on the system that said I opted for the refund, which I never did.

After no communication, the refund was processed and now I have no items, the money will take 4-5 days to reflect back in my account, which makes me feel that I will HAVE to buy the item at full price when the special is over.
