Frustrating & unreliable Services - Refund not reflecting as yet!

Frustrating & unreliable Services - Refund not reflecting as yet! I bought groceries on the app around the 18th of March and there was a delay on the delivery but when I went back to the app after 2hrs, the driver canceled and the refund was already made. An email for that R1081 and some change was received stating no reasons. I just want my refund now as its not reflecting into my account.
