Frustrating Experience: Miscalculations and Unanswered Calls

Disappointing experience at Pick n Pay Blue Hills yesterday. Calculated my items, but 6 out of them were miscalculated at the till. Brought it to the manager's attention, but he only assisted with 3 items and was unprofessional and unpleasant in his approach. To make matters worse, I left one paid-for item in-store - ironically, the same item that was re-scanned to correct the miscalculation. Was only refunded R28, with remaining amount still unaccounted for.

Tried to follow up with the store via phone, but my calls went unanswered - despite attempting 5 times. Extremely frustrating experience. Expected better service and accuracy.
