Frustrating

I looked like a stupid in a store I going to one till to another just asking for simple cash back of R40 all tills they said they don't have it from till one to the last till the first lady on till next to exit door she was so rude and on the last till she told me to check for cash where they sell liquor in a store I'm bit confused because it was 13:39 during the day how come all tills cashier tell me they don't have cash Northland corner at North ridding.
