Frustrated Puck n pay customers (ASAP)
Order #***Jul was not delivered due to a rude driver with telephone number +27 (78) ***. She is so rude and could not speak properly to the customer
They do not care about the wellbeing of the clients. They even shout when they are delivering. Now I am stuck on a Sunday evening with no food

28 Jul 2025, 07:05My order reflects as delivered in the system whereas I did not receive nor even one item. The delivery person didn’t deliver. She is so rude, doesn’t have any respect for customers and takes people for granted. She doesn’t value customers time and why we order online in the first place. If my order doesn’t get delivered, what the point of having this as there is no convenience at all in this case. I am so disappointed and angry with the service I received from ASAP
