Frustrated Customer

I was at Pick n Pay South Gate Mall Sunday and they had voided a payment i made with my bank card and I was promised it would be back in my account by Monday, Today is Tuesday still nothing has been refunded.

What irks me the most is that I've been calling the store no one picks up the phone, called customer care line they said they putting me through call dropped.

what kind of customer service is this in 2022??
