FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER

Pick n Pay had a brochure valid 21/9 -11/10 in the brochure there were apron and oven gloves advertised I went to a number of Pick n pay branches ON THE 22/9 nothing I phoned the customer service line and the lady WASN’T very helpful I eventually put it on the Facebook wall , someone from the team came back to me 3 times asking me to PM my contact details I did no one has contacted me and the Facebook team are just ignoring my constant requests for a reply ......Pick n Pay declared a loss if I am not mistaken here a LOYAL customer wants a particular item that has been advertised and is ignored !!! WAS this item ever in stores WHO do i speak to .....VERY FRUSTRATED !
