Frustrated

To whom it may concern,

I was in pick n pay in Heathway and I was served by one of your tellers at the kiosk. She was very rude. She has short brush hair. She told me that every time I am pick n pay I loose my patience and also said I was rude to another customer because they were speaking loudly. Now, you are the convenience store that I buy from work. Your staff generally are slow and I am not sure it’s because they have been there for a long time. I buy there almost every day to be profiled by your staff. She didn’t even ask for my card for points, and she could see I had my Tyme bank card with me. Instead, she said, if you had given it to me, I was going to put it through. She then proceeded by scanning my stuff and then she kept in choosing the wrong option so I couldn’t pay, she took my stuff to another cashier without any explanation nor an apology. I told her that she behaves as if she is entitled and she is doing me favour. That’s the general feel of your staff. I spend my hard earned money there to be profiled your staff. I will be taking this matter to head office. Even your reviews are shocking.

Now I am still going to shop there and will not be intimidated by your cashier.

I need her to show me all the instances, I’ve been rude to her or fellow customers as she insinuated. She must account to this. I will NOT be profiled by her as I don’t even know nor engaged with her before. I’ll be waiting for the evidence.
