Frustrated by useless Pick n Pay ASAP service-go learn some lessons from 60sixty

Pick n pay asap - absolutely useless. They either arrive late, or send an incomplete delivery, or do not charge correctly for their specials. My latest order, I had to load the new app, I placed a R2000 order and did not receive the special price for one of my items. I called the number to query, almost 20 minutes on phone. I was then told I did not get my special price because my smartshopper card is not linked, which is nonsense. I eventually hung up the call and decided to sacrifice the discount, since my phone call probably cost more than my saving would have been. Feel completely cheated
