Frustrated

This is not the first time I have an issue with Pick n Pay asap and their delivery! I’ve been waiting for forever! I placed my order at 15:45 and it’s now 19:03. At this point it shouldn’t be called ASAP cause there’s nothing asap about your service. The only good thing about you at this point is your call Centre agents
