Frustrated

Submitted a complaint on the PnP website on the 14 June with regards to a kettle we bought that has been sent to repairs and is still not working. to this day we have not received a response from anyone at PnP. Going to the shop with the broken kettle is not going to help much cause they will just send the same kettle back to repairs and give it back to us again.
