Frustrated

My name is Busisiwe Dingiswayo, I live about 25km outside Queenstown. I am what I'd like to think of as a loyal customer of Pick n' Pay. Today however my loyalty was put to the test. My mother and I went to do our bi-monthly shopping, only to find the shelves at Pick n'Pay empty. Most of the items we were looking for were apparently out of stock. When I enquired at the information desk what was I expected to do when faced with such a problem. After being pushed from pillar to post by the staff members, I was finally given an excuse that most shelves were empty because they had a very busy weekend hence the shortage of stock. I have a problem with this because I don't see how this is my problem. To top everything off instead of being asked what items I needed, and be told when I'd find them! I was totally ignored, maybe because I'm crazy. I learnt today that Queenstown Pick n'Pay is not the same Pick n' Pay I grew to like over the years.
