Frozen chicken and milk instead of Ricoffy!

My order no: ***. I place a monthly order for groceries for our company. I never ever get the correct order delivered but this delivery takes the cake. I was short delivered 8 tins of Ricoffy 750g and instead of the coffee, i was sent 7 x 2 litres of milk and a frozen chicken portions! I returned the chicken and milk but the service from PnP for online orders is absolutely terrible! Every month i have a short delivery / incorrect goods etc... and to get the credit out them is just as much of a mission. There is no pride taken in making sure that the goods requested are correct ... i am now looking at alternative shops for online ordering as i really cannot take much more of this. Wake up PnP - you are losing clients and for very good reason!
