Frontline Manager had a stinking attitude
At approx 8h10 we were at pick n pay's till point after shopping for R2700, to our surpise we had a block on ourcard which was removed after 10 minutes by game's customer service as Vanessa the supervisor assured us she would keep the groceries until we return. When we returned the frontline manager with no people skills stereotyped us and said I returned everything as you took to long. She continued to argue and refused to give the slip to my husband and I asked to speak to Bradwill the assist manager. He could see I was in a state asI was I'll and our plan was to shop than go for supper before the shops closes. Eventually at 8h45 she gavethe slip to Bradwill and we had to be inconvenienced and shop for the items worth 2 trolleys again with no I'm sorry from her and eventually we left the store at 9h13. I have neve. Experienced such putrid service from a manager. Tthen I called Salie who's so unprofessional asking a Oelfaa to contact me with a R200 voucher omg!!!! Dont these people get it!!!! Pick n Pay moet hulle skaam....as it's not about getting money their service sucks big time....I hope this complaint does not fall on deaf ears!
