from supervisor to security

I wanted to purchase prepaid electricity and I didn't have the card but I had the meter number with me which is all they needed, coz I even asked them about it but they insisted on the slip or a card coz their rule at their pick 'n pay Thohoyandou states.....and the supervisor didn't allow me to take that risk coz she was talking about the risk.....as I got to the exit after I left without electricity, the security noticed that I had 2 plastic bags of which one wasn't on the slip and the way he was responding to me I felt as if it was my fault or I stole it and he rep**** to me by saying that I WILL BE HIT!! ......i shop everyday and do my groceries at pick 'n pay mall of the North but I never came across such bad service...
