From bad to worse

We have been experiencing ongoing problems at Pick n Pay Knysna over the past couple of years i.e. low stock levels, untidy store, lack of staff etc. Despite various complaints directed to branch and head office level nothing has happened.

On 14 October 2019 I was incorrectly charged for various items. The price on the one item was adjusted, I did not get my difference back promise.

I tried to contact the manager directly but he was not available. I eventually left a message on their Whatsapp page, I did not receive any reply from PnP. On 16 October I again contacted them and they undertook to address the matter, their regional office would contact me and I was given a reference number.

On 7 November I again contacted them to hear what the outcome was as no one has contacted me. I was told they would investigate. It is again six days later and no contact from PnP.

I have not been back to PnP Knysna since and have been doing my shopping elsewhere. I know I am not the only person feeling this way and who took their business away. I hope PnP can afford to loose their customers who have been supporting them since their branch opened in Knysna. We are a holiday town and are regularly asked for recommendations from guest where to do their shopping. Well this year PnP will NOT be on my list of retailers.

It is about time they start listing to their old staff as well, there is big unhappiness in the store and it is clearly showing.
