Friendly staff at the butcher (Hatfield )

<p>I went to Pnp Hatfield the other day looking for Marrow bones. The staff at the butcher were so friendly, helped me look for it and seeing that it wasn't on the shelf, they fetched bones from the freezer and cut it for me. They reassured me that I should never be afraid to ask and that they were there for customers. I suppose I should point out that I was a bit hesitant due to the language barrier, as I have experienced poor service from other outlets due to this. I wish I had taken their names, but I was so surprised by their kindness especially since some of the cashiers aren't too friendly.</p>
