Fresh Beef burgers NOT the same

<p>I purchased 6 x fresh beef burgers from the butchery counter at Pick n Pay Primrose on 26/04. These are the only fresh burger patties I buy as they are large, have a rich dark red colour, brown beautifully when fried and have an open texture with delicious meaty flavour. Up till now.... The patties I purchased this time, were very pale in colour when raw, when frying them they never got a nice dark brown colour and barely shrank, when I cut into them they were very rubbery and grey inside and didn't taste the same either. Did I get a bad batch? Has the recipe changed and I am now getting 80% soya? This is not what I paid R89.43 for! I might as well go and buy myself a nasty cheap frozen brand for half the price. Not happy!</p>
