Free Delivery this Valentines Day - what hogwash !

Yesterday I received an e-mail from Pick 'n Pay saying \Get FREE delivery on an order this Valentines Day. Valid 12-13 February 2016. I did my order online, booked a time slot for a delivery for first thing tomorrow morning (13th Feb). Surprise, surprise - at checkout I was told that there is no free delivery for orders placed today for delivery tomorrow (the 12th). I called P'nP Online Shopping and a voice recording told me that there is \"no consultants available\" to speak to me. I called Customer care and the consultant there explained to me that I should go ahead with my order and pay for delivery (apparently there is a technical error - really???) and after that take a screen shot picture and send it to Pick n Pay and they will \"quote\" EVENTUALLY \"unquote\" refund me the delivery charge. What a load of hogwash ! Why would I do that !!!!! And, what a waste of my time making up a shopping list only to have to trash it because of false promises from Pick n Pay. "
