Free delivery on 1st order - Nonsence!

Pick n Pay online advertised that if you register for Online shopping before 28 February 2015 you will not pay a delivery fee on your first order. I registered before the date and placed an order to be delivered 27 Feb 2015. Before finalising the check out, I phoned Customer Care as I noticed that the delivery fee is added to the total amount, the Customer Care Consultant assured me that when the final billing is done, the delviery fee will be reversed. When the order was delivered the delivery fee was still reflecting on the invoice and have subsequently been paid. On 2 March 2015 I spoke to a Customer Care Consultant with the name of Nadim who said he would log a refund request. He promised to phone me back with a reference nr, but he never did.
I phoned again and spoke to Cohen who gave me the reference nr.
To date a refund was only prccessed for an item I returned and not for the delivery fee. I feel that Pick 'n Pay was dishonest in their advertising as the free 1st delivery they claimed to give was absolute nonsence. I will not make use of their online shopping again and will rather support their opposition.
