**********ly optained Pick n Pay store card despute
In January 2018 I found out that a Pick'n Pay store card had been **********ly issued under my name and an amount of R 39,739 had been used. I contacted Pick n Pay regarding this matter and was given an email address to forward my despute to and then they would then investigate.A lady by the name of Vuyelwa recieved my documents in their ***** department and was to get back to me regarding the outcome of the invesgigation. I have sent several emails to Vuyelwa asking about the status of the investigation but did not get amy responce. I then called their ***** department and was told the case had been concluded and I was found not yo be liable. I asked for the outcome letter clearing my name of this mess bt still no luck, I dont even know if they sent the new information to the credit bureau so this account can be removed under my name. Dont know wher to ho from here
