Horrible 1st experience with pick and pay online delivery. I place and order 13 December 2022 and unfortunately one of my items was out of stock and I had to substitute the item with 2 g****s that were on special. I was the ********** given 4 Fanta g****s instead of 2. Immediately when I saw this error tried to call the store, and sent an email before my order had been delivered. This store gave me more than I wanted and **********ly went to my account to debit more money for something I didn't request.

The store responded after delivery and told me I need to go to the store they will not collect their colddrinks so I should incur more cost because driving there is petrol.

I indicated to pick n pay that I won't be able to come but treated me so badly till today they haven't collected they money no appology nothing .
