********** Medical Aid Claims

<p>3 ********** claims were submitted on my medical aid on different dates in May 2017. I raised this with my medical aid on 23 June 2017 and they immediately escalated to PicknPay Medical office. On 1 August 2017 I sent a follow up email to the medical office and submitted a complaint on Pick 'n Pay website. To this date, I have not received an acknowledgement or a response.</p>
