I got an sms to buy fro 340 and I would get 35 voucher which I never got. I went on Friday and I got no help I went again today I got no help either

28 Jan 2020, 09:09I tried calling back and the person helping me sounded irritated and told me she won’t be able to help me as the person dealing with the query will be in after 11. I asked to speak to the supervisor she said haai ke hold on and I have been holding ever since it’s now 24 minutes holding and waiting
