*****? To many instances of missing groceries & missing paperwork at online shopping

<p>Please can someone senior contact me - I have a strong feeling related to several incidents of late that there is ********** activity going on with online shopping. Missing groceries, partial refunds, missing paperwork etc. I have had 3 incidents in the last few months - currently still have R600 owing after several attempts to sort this out.</p> <p>Alternatively, please give me an email address to send a formal complaint to.</p> <p>Who does Henry Smit at Online Shopping report to?<br />Thank you</p>
