Pick n Pay in Cape Gate accepted a ********** copy of my bank card. They allowed the ********* to swipe for R18,70 and then do a cash back withdrawal for R3900. Is this not alarming? Is there no withdraw limit that needs to be authorized. I'm disgusted! Now its a struggle to get MY OWN money back! <br> <br> I want this resolved!!
