I went to PicknPay at Quagga centre to withdraw money using cardless banking services on my Tymebank app. I was assisted by a lady called Lucia The transaction was declined because a network problem but after I left the store money was withdraw from account. I spoke to the supervisor by the name of Karabo, he tried his best to assist me but im not happy with what happened to me at PicknPay Quagga Centre
