I have opened an account on the 20th May 2019 under account number *** and today as I check my credit report I see account no *** and it was open the same day and I believe the ***** happened at pick n Pay and now I have app**** for credit and it is making my application declined so please investigate the crime and deal with all the ********** in your company as this ***** is complicating my life and I am very disappointed by such a big company not being able to combat ***** as I trusted you with my information and if I knew I would have not app**** for the credit so please act swiftly as im not going to miss out on the opportunity that I am embarking on,your speedy response will be of great assistance

23 Nov 2021, 10:57 PnP and RSC please advise me on what to do now as am not getting assistance, i paid you the and closed the account ,now am carrying the burden of this account number that you have submitted under my name, now Natashia RCS *** who is rude as hell is telling me to call the credit bureau but my question is who sent the incorrect information to the bureau, PnP/ RCS i want a letter that states that the account number mentioned above its not mine and you apologize for want you have done to my credit profile as i'm getting declined even now
