Fourth month in a row

Another month and yet again another ***** up, where you owe me R417.96 now as a refund .... see attached document. You delivered what I ordered and charged me for the substitutes as well which I did not obviously receive. <br> <br> Can someone please get the shopping and dispatch in order, every month I find different ways that you are trying to ***** from me or staff trying to ***** from you. I have told my sister in law to not do online shopping with PNP as it is becoming a nightmare , every month a new way of cheating.<br> <br> AND then I must wait a whole month for a refund which *****s up my budget <br> <br> Can you please sort this out and your staff<br> <br> PS.
