FOUND WORMS INSIDE BANANA LOAF

I'm concerned about Pick n Pay's treatment

Yesterday evening I went to pick n pay to buy some items and on those items I had banana loaf as I had no electricity I took one sly of that banana loaf not being aware that the loaf has worms later on got stomach cramps I didn't even have enough rest as i was running almost every 20 minutes to the toilet

Today morning due to being weak and hungry I went on and try to get more slices from that banana loaf thats when I realized the loaf has worms not even one/two worms but plenty of worms hidden inside the loaf I went to the store to complain and trying to explain how I feel to the manager but surprisingly I was ignored seems like they dont care about customers health they only gave me my R17 refund even though I told them I'm having a running stomach

If you can look closely on that video you'll see worms And the expiring date of that loaf is written 14th of this month Bought it in Pick n Pay Qualisave at letsheng mall
