Found a needle inside Pick n Pay chicken

Good day, I have a problem my sister bought 6 trays of chicken at Pick n Pay Bedfordview. I opened one tray to cook 2 pieces from it and I got a needle inside the packet I removed it and cleaned the chicken thinking it just a mistake I than cooked it and inside the drumstick i found another needle inside can you please assist cause we where refused a refund we where told a lot of stories that she is an employee and there are procedures that needs to be followed when we tried to do a refund no one was even apologetic about it when she tried to do the refund at her store where she bought the chicken her manager told her she is throwing tantrums and being dramatic about the whole situation cause she works there meaning, she doesn’t have a right to complain cause she works there what about our health if maybe the chicken was eaten by the child with that noodle inside what would have happened to us am still in trauma they may take it light but am not ok I also took pictures of it
